About
The Church of Christ was formed in Roanoke Texas in 1988 when a group of Christians began to meet in one of the founding families garage. At the time, there were almost 100 members meeting in a 30x30 garage. It was packed, but small children would sit in the laps of different members to accommodate the overcrowding.
The current building was purchased and renovated to house the families represented. The building has undergone several renovations and additions to become what is pictured above.
We have just recently celebrated 20 years of existence in Roanoke. The Hilltop family to this day is one of the best a cappella congregations in the area. We love to sing and to encourage one another in Psalms Hymns and Spiritual Songs.
